Russia with its Orthodox imagery, Cossack silhouettes and its traditional peasant fabrics - all seen through the Gucci lens, of course, which inclines much more to luxe than gypsy. Leather tassels, gilding medals, embroidery, brocade and tapestry patterns clothe leggy, flamboyant, perfectly balanced silhouettes belted with long scarves. Nothing OTT, mind you. No flashback to make-believe hippydom. There's a solid backbone of tight black velvet pants, unobtrusive mini smokes, and short fur and leather jackets, celebrating the here and now more than anything else.
Marc Jacobs:

"No concept. Calm, glamour. Casual. Beautiful women."

When asked about his collection, Marc Jacobs had this to say, "I just live my life." The New York Show has set to the sounds of Kim Gordon and Sonic Youth, who performed live on stage. The collection was more muted, casting off eccentricity, neither showy nor a note out of place. The focus was on chic and sensuality, with generous coats, and in some cases low-slung or bathrobe style everyday wear. Trousers with a pronounced masculine cut create a soft silhouette - consummately structured, unhindered lines set to endure yet never wearying. At all events, cashmere, wool, silk velvet, sky blue, beige, ivory, pearl grey - melding charm and an occasional metallic flash. There is a sense of fun here: a feeling of real modernity that's easy to live with and to wear; the impression of befitting clothing for all.

Mhm I saw this show like, 3 weeks ago. And it is still my fall favorite!! The whole Gypsy Russian look is gorgeous.
when you call yourself a tranny does that mean you finally came out of the closet? cause you might as well admit that your gay.
Anonymous, not that it is my business (lord knows it ain't), but can you take a joke? I call myself a tranny! IT IS A FUNNY! A HA-HA! A JOKE!
PS, you don't even have the balls to not go anonymous. Pathetic.
Remember one thing: If you mask yourself with the anonymous card, your opnion seeps slowly through the cracks.
As for Stardoll's most infamous 'mo, interesting review.
